Janly Jaggard earned her BFA in Three Dimensional Studies: Ceramics at The West of England College of Art and Design, Bristol, England.

I have been teaching for more than twenty years, to students from eight to eighty. I am a practising artist who is still finding there is more to learn than I know. As a 3D artist I discovered the close connect between Ceramics and Vitreous Enamel during my post graduate study and have been working primarily with this for several years. Now I have found that the connect between enamel and paint is equally enticing and I try to work in all these mediums, often juxtaposing them in one piece.

Janly has exhibited and participated in many enamel exhibitions during the last 15 years, including juried shows in France, Germany, Canada, England, and Japan. She is a member of Co-Art Galleries, Staunton, Virginia.

Janly is a veteran teacher who also created the much respected Visual and Performing Art program for Stuart Hall in Staunton.
