Cost
- $6,200 (USD) per person double or single occupancy
- Based on a minimum of 15 persons
- $3,100 DUE at the time of sign-up

Refunds
- Before May 3: Full refund less $50.00 administrative fee
- Between May 3 to July 15: 70% of the $3,100 less $400 for the Lima/Cusco flight and $50.00 administrative fee
- After July 15: No refund
Traveler Requirements
- Provide transportation/flight to and from Lima
- Purchase travel insurance (Copy to be sent to BSSS)
- High altitudes: Please consult your doctor about traveling to high altitudes
- Possible food/drink reactions: Please pack appropriate medicines
Arrival at Lima Airport
- There will be pick-up at the Hilton Gardens in Lima airport on the day of arrival
(If you cannot work in the timeframe…we will help you reserve a ride from the airport
to Lima; there will be an additional charge for this service; ** see more information below)
- There will be a free bus ride scheduled to leave the Lima airport at a specific time.
(The time will be announced at a later date. You can organize your air itinerary around this time. The bus will depart from the airport to the Hilton Gardens Inn at this time.
- If you want take advantage of the free ride, your flight should bring you to the Lima airport at least an hour or two (including customs) before the scheduled bus departure.
- There will be a representative from Encuentros (the Institute making arrangements for us in Lima) at the airport exit gate with a sign “BSSS “ to guide us towards the bus.
- If you want to arrive early (or later) and want to have a taxi that can drive you to the hotel directly (on your own), this is also possible, but you will incur in an additional fee ($50 – $70). In order to have this service, you will need to provide all the necessary information to BSSS (name, flight#, air itinerary) so that we can schedule your pick-up through Encuentros. In this case you will also have someone from Encuentros pick you up who will then guide you to your taxi.
- The ride from the airport to the Hilton Gardens Hotel takes about 40-45 minutes, and it is not advisable to take taxis not vetted by Encuentros.
