Do you tend to start loose in your paintings, only to tighten up and lose the freshness? This class will help you to overcome that habit by simplifying designs, using big brushes, and capturing the essence and energy of the subject. You will soon see that the fluid, spontaneous nature of working this way is more fun than you’ve ever had with watercolor! Painting subjects will vary each week, and you will bring your own ideas and references. The final stages of adding detail, line, darks, and pops of color will be valuable tools to have in completing all of your paintings. Peg will offer critiques, color worksheets, and one-on-one help.
